I have been spending my hard earned money at your store for a long time. You sell acetone in containers that leak, and the worst part is THAT YOU ARE FULLY AWARE OF THIS! Your leaking bottle caused the acetone to damage the two acrylic powders, glitter and sharpener that I bought. The value was a mere R151 which you were not prepared to write off and replaced my goods. I guess because you have an A4 sign against a wall in a corner that states to keep the acetone upright, you are not taking ANY responsibility for using poor quality containers and for the damage it can cause should it accidentally fall over. It is DISGRACEFUL.

Your so-called manager, Angie, seriously lack managerial s****s. After I very calmly explained my problem to your cashier, she called Angie over. Angie's facial expression was clearly one of bother and she walk over to the counter with no speed, enthusiasm or the will to assist. She did not even have the decency to say "hello", or even a "how can I be of assistance". All I got was a woman staring at me, not saying a single word, until eventually I explained my problem again. If I could word her attitude the way I experienced it, it would be: "I don't want to help you. No matter what you say, the sign says keep the acetone upright and the sign is the law. "
