one word... PATHETIC

I frequently visit the planet nails store in Centurion as it is close to my office. However I live in Pretoria East and will shortly start working from Pretoria East as well. I went to the Waterglen (Menlyn) branch on Tuesday 24 February to purchase a small glue and clear buff off UV precision gel. So the following are absolutely unacceptable: 1) The manager and assistant were both sitting on their behinds without as much as an offer to assist. 2) the shelves were filthy and empty. The stock looked about a thousand years old and it is extremely unattractive to any potential buyer / customer. 3) When I asked them about the products I was looking for the assistant just shrugged and said no they are sold out. In conclusion, this creates a very bad image of planet nails, if someone were not fami**** with the quality of service I am used to getting at the Centurion branch. I will NOT go to this outlet again. Will be trying the one in Silverlakes next. I would recommend a serious attitude change and make-over for this branch, or alternatively just close it. It will be better for your reputation to have no branch than a bad branch!
