No Product Knowledge and No Customer Service

Went in to buy matching acrylic powder and nail polish for a special event. Explained that I have limited knowledge and need assistance. Chose a polish and was offered the "matching" acrylic powder which in the end was nowhere near the same. I realize that the dry powder and finished product look different but when I arrived at my nail tech she informed me that we will not be able to use the powder as it is definitely nowhere near the color of the nail polish. I had to make use of a color that she had in stock. Afterwards went back to Planet Nails which is quite far from where I stay. There I was informed that they do not take any responsibility for the advise they give and they can not exchange any products.

I mean really - I did not use these products - I can do nothing with them now. I was prepared to change either for a matching substitute - did not want money back . The girl who did the sale initially - I later found out was the manager! For goodness sake - She refused to even try and help me.

The owner of this franchise need to give staff training on the products they sell and also on how to treat customers. Time is a limited commodity - don't waste peoples time!

How can you not take any responsibility? You should not be in business!!
