NO CERTIFICATE FOR EXAM PASSED AFTER 3 MONTHS

Firstly i waited for an exam date for 2 months, now waiting for my certificate for almost 3 months. also have been trying to get another exam date for another course that i did for almost 3 months. If you think of doing any courses there think again!!! almost half a year has gone and you wont be able to get a job without that peace of paper. Sick and tired of people taking money from you and at the end they tell you stories off I HAVE 85 BRANCHES THAT I HAVE TO DEAL WITH AND I AM THE ONLY PERSON THAT BOOKS THE EXAMS!!!!! Then get a person to help you as that is not my or the next person that needs to do an exams PROBLEM.
