NEVER BUY ONLINE!!!!!!!

HONESTLY the WORST thing I have ever done is buy online at planet nails.

they say on the website, "Payments made after 1pm -> your order only gets sent out the following day. Payments after 1pm on Fridays -> your order will be sent out on Monday." I made my payment like 30 mins before 3 and so I thought its fine for me to get my order in 2 days.

The next day I have still not received any feedback from them about my order any waybill number I emailed multiple times nothing. I ended up called Planet Nails Fourways, the owner is super helpful and was able to get me a waybill number but not tell me who the courier is.

I sent a follow up email to these people and they have STILL NOT answered me, I am beginning to think they ****med the **** out of me!!!!

I honestly just want my monies back
