I have been told never to buy from Planet Nails again.

I bought 2 x lamps from Planet Nails,

One was defective, burnt clients hands, gel pooled to the bottom of the nails, I have sent numerous emails and pictures and videos and everything possible to advise them, their warranty apparently means that a nail technician tests the lamps and if you are still having problems they refuse to help

Hi Aishwari, Our Lamps work with our products. They are not faulty. We cannot take them back if they are not faulty. You should contact Lola Lee and see what they can do to help you further. To be honest, I am tired of your threats. And you are not being fair. Please do whatever you feel you need to. And please don’t buy from Planet Nails again. You can collect your Lamp at the Umhlanga store. Lizelle will refund you for the courier fee. Our lawyers will have to deal with this matter. You are making it impossible to continue. Regards Monja
