Horrifying experience in Planet Nails Scottville Pietemaritzburg by the owner Karen

The owner Karen today told me that I can explain and explain but it won't change that they will not refund me or exchange a malfunction eye glue that they realised themselves that it has an ascent that is burning to the eye (of which the package says it not suppose to).Worse I had used on my client and I thought I my client would go to hospital.

Lastly when she said I need to leave her office meaning her store. The attitude which I experience is horrifying.

Going back and forth they asked me to bring back the glue it such a long story but Karen the owner of planet nails I would not say she is recist but she is arrogant and does not want to listern to client. When I left the glue after she had said I need to bring it in she said she will get back to me.

She never did it passed a week then I called and she said there is nothing wrong with the glue the reason why it is like this is because I have used chip false eyelashes. Mind you she does know me. And I had bought it in her store as well.

I have never been so appalling that way. It was horifiying the behavior I did not expect such a treatment even if I am not a client mind you I have parchased so many things in that store.

When I returned malfunction eye glue I was told that I used my chip false eyelashes. Without checking it. After they checked it I was told that the policy does not allow for refund or exchange because I have open it. But the owner Karen had not checked it. I asked her if she has she said it will take her 3 days to get back to me. She never called again I called again when she picked up she said she will get back to me never did I again. I called they said she has left. But the workers said they have tested it and realised that it has malfunction. She said eventhough it not the companies policy to refund they will look at giving me another one. But she thank me and said this has made them to open these glue so they won't have the same challenge.

I called again after weeks of having this experience of them not calling and Karen said she has contacted the head office and they will not refund me because I don't have a receipt. So now the reason was receipt. I find the the bank statement and she responded by message saying she will not refund me because the receipt amount is not the same But I was wondering how come this women would not realized that I would not go through such wast of time and after buying so much in her shop would I go and froud her for so long? I feelt so deregaded.
