faulty uv lamp

We bought a uv lamp for my girlfriend to do nails. In the 2 weeks she was at your branch learning. 2 other clients complained they bought uv lamps that broke within 3 days. My girlfriend used her lamp 3 times in class. And now on switching it on 2 globes have gone. From my understanding if I pay R800 for something it should last a hell of a lot longer than 4 times.
