Faulty Nail Lamp

Bought a 36 Rapid cure lamp in October and when its giving trouble they tell me to bring it in as it is still under guarantee, so as I arrive at the store in Welkom ,I am told it must be send away to be fixed ,that is no guarantee its a repair warrantee ,so actually its just a waste of money to buy electrical equipment from them
