Eyelash extension course

I did a eyelash extension course in East London end of 2016. There were two other students in the class. The trainer was from JHB and was supposed to return early 2017 for the exam which she never came back and every time we asked there was no answer. So it’s now 2020 and after contacting them AGAIN after so long they are telling me I must go to PE to do the exam, which I will not do and it’s a major inconvenience. I am now told by Monja that there’s no trainers coming to EL this year and she will let me know IF anyone comes to EL again. So now Monja does not reply to me anymore and my Husband contacted Planet Nails training to complain and they sent us small print of where it states that venue of exam may differ and will be confirmed when booking exam date. OK SO... why were we not told this back in 2017 when we were asking when the trainer would come back? Why did they fail to tell us regardless if it’s written there, AS a business you still confirm with your students the changes if any. People pay a lot of money for these courses and Planet nails knows that they are wrong so that’s why they are not responding any longer. Poor business and extremely unprofessional.
