Durban North branch service is pathetic!

I am really disappointed with the service at Planet Nails in Durban North. The staff are rude and unhelpful. While the sales lady was helping me another sales lady came along and asked what I needed, the other sales lady told her that I am confused. I was so shocked at how rude they were that I just walked out the shop. Is this how you deal with potential customers? Certainly not shopping there again.
