Compaints vs training

<p>Planet polish brush flared,hard and and impossible to work with! According to my local shop the owner .... Which I sent a reasonable e mail to explaining the issue that I have with their product; asked me where I did my training.....</p> <p> </p> <p>What does training have to do with bad product?</p>
