BAD service at Planet Nails

It seems like Planet Nails has gotten to big that they don't care about customer service anymore.

Yesterday before 17:00 I phoned their branch in South Lake Shop Centre Cnr of Lenchen North and South street, Centurion asking them them if they would be able to wait for me I'm on my way I will be at their shop 17:02 would that be fine, the lady said NO PROBLEM, when I arrived 17:02 the people in the shop would not let me in and they slammed the door in my face.

There are a lot of other places willing to go the extra mile.
