Bad service

Got very bad service from Planet nails in Centurion. Bought a flexi lamp, returned it in original packaging after being faulty, had to buy another one they refuse to refund or give me a new lamp. Also got very bad attitude from a lady at their head office. NOT HAPPY!!!!
