Bad customer service

I bought gel nail polish. I took it back the next day to exchange it as it was very thick and I couldnt use it like that. Waited about 20 min and was told they don't exchange and the owner doesn't take phone calls. I waisted my money. They sell old stock. I will never purchase from them again.
