Appalling service at Planet Nails Centurion

My daughter and I had a nasty experience today at Planet nails Centurion. We arrived just before 4pm and sales assistant Zuleika stood in the doorway and asked what we needed. My daughter said that she was looking for a particular hair color, when Zuleika retorted that they do not keep that color, and that they don't keep box colors so I told her that we always buy that specific color at that shop. Then my daughter showed her the picture of the color on her phone, guess what it was the same color we requested initially. I then asked for another color again she rudely told me that they don't keep it, she checked on the computer then she found the exact color I requested. My daughter then proceeded to get some nail accessories and she rudely told us that they were closing. I went to the till to pay and told her that she was extremely rude she didn't even bother to apologize. Is this how customers are treated it's appalling service and I saw other reviews about terrible service delivery at this shop. Such a pity!
