I bought base coat and spider gel form Planet Nails and other items. When I opened the base coat and the spider gel on the fourth day, the base coat and the spider gel were hard, I couldn't use them. I called them on the 19th April 2023 to inform them of my discovery, they told me its my fault , I must have exposed them to heat. I told them I did not and that they were like that when I opened them. They also said it can't be factory fault because irs two products that I'm complaining about. I bought more than 20 products from and I spent R2700. I first called them to let them know that I'm going to go to their store and return the product. They said I shouldn't come, I rather send them a video via WhatsApp and I immediately sent it and they responded the following day, telling me I exposed the product to heat. They ****** me of my money . I spent R240 on both products. I bought these products for business that I'm started. They didn't care about my money. I'm hurt and disappointed that I put my trust in them. This is the thank you that I get for choosing their shop
