shocking customer service and ******* obtaining of personal information

Be VERY careful of ordering from them. The company obtained my personal details and ID number *******ly, and are claiming I have not paid for ink that was delivered to a business I own. They first said someone else ordered it and did not pay, and then tried to come after me personally by sending letters of demand, spamming me on WhatsApp and pulling personal details from my Facebook account. They are now claiming another business of mine owes them money. I am yet to see an invoice or order confirmation for the said product and they are more interested in ******ing money from whomever they can find personal details on, then delivering on a good product and service and running a proper business. Be warned, do not give ANY details to them.
