Slim Betty Agents are useless

Received a call to sell me Slim Betty products. I did purchase the bundle, however my husband nearly had a fit because all these diet things just mess up my system so he begged me to cancel the order. Not an hour later I called the lady back and cancelled the order. She assured me that my money will be refunded the same day. That was the 6 May 2015 - today is 8 July 2015 and still no refund! I phoned every week since May and was 'promised' that I'm in the system to be refunded on 'Friday' - well how many Friday's have passed since 6 May. Since last week I have been phoning everyday and keep getting 'promised' the same thing to no avail. <br> I have been polite, friendly and accommodating, due to the fact that I should never have bought the product in the first place. However my patience has run our and this client has lost all sense of humour. I mean really - how *********** can one be? It really is not a big deal to refund someone! Oh but wait - there's more!!!! Yesterday I received an email to complete a form for the refund - hello - why wasn't that sent months ago?<br> #beyondangry!!!!!!
