Has not supp**** goods paid for

Paid Petros for 2 granite splash backs for Kitchen plus for a bathroom vanity slab<br> Paid directly to him EFT and had a promise from him that he would supply. Reason that I paid him direct as the company that is doing my Kitchen \ Kitchen Culture"has not finished their job properly and as Petros was being paid by them for granite for the kitchen I wanted to make sure that the granite for the bathroom vanity and the plash backs would be delivered. So I paid him the money upfront for the job and now 2 months later has had not delivered the vanity slab. After talking to him today he said that he would not deliver till he got his money from Kitchen Culture who I will not pay as they haven't finished their job properly. They have damaged my new Fridge door plus they have damaged a new SMEG stove"
