Worst customer service ever!

These guys are so unprofessional, especially Joshua, not helpful at all and do not understand the concept of customer service. Their information is never accurate, they wipe your computer without informing you and keep your old hard drive when they replace it. They then tell you to talk to OUTsurance (their client) to get your hard drive and info back (mind you this is in their ,planet gaming, possession. If you send more that one device to be repaired with them, they only deliver “once” they say, so you have to wait for all your devices, despite others being ready. Their pricing is suspect . They are the worst service provider I’ve had to deal with from Outsurance. Very disappointing
