Terrible Service

I've put in a claim with OutSurance to assist in fixing my laptop. They send the laptop to Planet Gaming that phoned us and said that the software is out dated. They need a payment from us to reload software. Got the laptop back, with Windows that is not activated, where all was good before. The GPU on my laptop not working at all. Not even a week later the "software" stopped working again, same error as before. Windows recovery need to run just to get a message "error loading operating system". Paid money for them to do nothing. SPAM and ridiculously **** service. NOT RECOMMENDED at all.
