Phone dents, damaged screen protector

Sent my smartphone to planet gaming for repairs on the Friday, was told i would hear from them either the next day Saturday or Monday, the next Friday comes and no response, head over there & im told sorry it cant be repaired, to my surprise the screen on the phone had all white smudges on it with the screen protector placed on absolutely dirty with bubbles everywhere, then i found a chip in the screen & 6 dents on the side of the phone, which makes me assume it was handled in a really careless manner. Other than that the customer service is absolutely pathetic.
