Zolisa Gumede Lacks Client-centricty

If there was an option, I would rate Zolisa Gumede a negative 10 (-10).

On Tuesday, 4 November 2025 I called Planet Fitness to enquire about the incorrect debit order. Zolisa Gumede showed lack of attention from the on-set. Her attitude was that of someone who is lacked interest and client centricity.

She was rude on the phone and ended putting me on hold for a very long time.

The issue remains unresolved.
