ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTINOUSLY OVERCHARGING

The worst client service I've ever had to deal with. Incorrect amount is being deducted via the debit order although I've raised at the gym as well as phoned the finance department after which they promised to update and credit me. Nothing has been actioned. I've reached out via their website contact us option - no response.

Would not wish this terrible service upon my worst enemy.
