Zero COVID regulations

Let the record state, the rating is referring to COVID regulations & safety measures: When gyms were allowed to be open in August 2020c everyone was on top of their game. Since then, all the measures have just relaxed. I feel like an idiot complaining to managers, I have done this over 5 times already. They say they’ll address it, heck, one of them even said it’s difficult to keep people in check & play policeman. However, there’s absolutely ZERO staff presence at the weight section. People do just what they want. They walk around without masks, no social distancing is honored. People hover over weights, machines, walking from 1 station to the next, breathing heavily- WITHOUT masks. Staff members walk without masks. They talk to members, chatting on the floor, without masks. We have to measure our temp when we get to reception. Masks must be on, but as soon as people are through the gates, the masks fly & there is nothing being done about it. I am so uncomfortable going to gym, but I have every right to be there like all the others. We are in the 3rd wave. We hear of more & more people getting sick with covid - but inside the gym, there is no adherence whatsoever. There’s no respect & I feel it’s up to the staff to implement the correction for this. Have a stronger presence in the gym, appoint people to focus just on COVID regulations & work with the members to fix it. A while back I spoke to a regional manager about this. Before I commented on social media - Planet Fitness hasn’t responded at all. People are slacking. Then, the gym closes again & everyone complaints. We are all healthy, but out of respect for others, we have to be responsible. Planet Fitness is not that
