Zero accountability for damages caused by their resources!

Yesterday the 28th of July as I was exiting the gym, their Spikes by the gate damaged 3 of my tyres As I struggled to insert their coin that used when you exit. I reported the matter to the head office as well as the Cashan branch But they showed no interest nor they took any accountability. Also the person who assisted me said I am lying but when I asked him to check the Footage from yesterday he said they don't have cameras around their branch. I'm very disappointed with the level of selfishness I saw at Planet Fitness Cashan!
