Zandile Mzimba needs to get her act together if she doesn't need this job, she needs to leave the space, resign and leave the space for candidates that really needs the job

I am a member of Planet Fitness since 2017 and everything has been going well. I love going to gym until recently when my contract ended with them, I still continued with the month to month one. My gym fee is R397 and is due on the 1st monthly, so from last year i decided since I want to fix my credit score rating I started paying my gym fee before hand so that I can avoid the debit order going off. From August 2019 i started paying more than I should to build up the extra for rainy days. The problem started on the 16th of March when I went to Bedford Centre Club, "access denied" R410.00 outstanding, what an embarassment. I opened my banking app and showed them my proof of payment that i did on the 27th February, so unfortunately I can't help you , you need to phone the head office, The lady said from the club. As i so desperately wanted to attend the cycling class that Monday, the lady dialled their head office. Oh Lord what an insult i felt that day, so the consultant from the other answered and her name is Zandile Mzimba, Lord. I explained the story to her, the answer that i got, i have never experience incompetency at it's best like ever before. Allow me to call Zandile Mzimba " Stupid, idiot, and all the ugly words in the dictionery, please. If she was trainning believe you me all the client that she speaks to i bet all of them have closed their account. The only word she picks up in the whole converasation is " close" like really. Planet Fitness need to hire people that really needs this job or else they going to loose instead of retaining client.
