You owe me money from May 2015 and it is now September 2016
<p>I cant explain how furios I am!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>How in the world is it possible that if I phone for more than a week now that Yolandi Crowley is either on lunch, in a meeting or not available. I phoned this morning and they said she will be available at 10 after she has finished with her meeting. Now I phone and she doesn’t take calls at all.</p> <p>The other manager Palesa is suddenly on leave and the call centre agent Koketso cant solve this from 2015.</p> <p>Terrible service!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>From day one I had trouble with this account. I signed up for a contract which states that the first six months R199 is deducted from my account. And then from day 1 they have deducted R299 f(rom May 2015) instead of R199. </p> <p>After numerous calls and emails and out of frustration because this is not fixed, I refused to pay for my membership and cancelled the debit order. </p> <p>The problem I have been struggling with:</p> <p>On 15/5/2016 R299 was deducted from my account.<br />On 28/5/2016 R398 was deducted from my account. R99 for the black tag and R299 AGAIN!!!!<br />Then Koketso suddenly tells me that 28/5/2015 was in advance for June. Your system doesn’t work like that. If it does and I am cancelling now from today then that means you don’t subtract any money from my account as it has been paid???</p> <p> THIS HAS NOT BEEN FIXED ON MY ACCOUNT SINCE THEN!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>IF YOU LOOK AT THE AUGUST 2016 TRANSACTIONS TO SEE WHAT IS THE BALANCE OF MY ACCOUNT YOU WILL SEE THAT THE MEMBERSHIP FEE IS RAISED ON 1/8/2016 AND ON 15/8/2016 THE DEBIT ORDER IS PAID. THEN MY BALANCE IS -R299. </p> <p> </p> <p>THAT MEANS YOU OWE ME MONEY!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT STATE THAT IF THE MEMBERSHIP FEE ON 1/9/2016 IS RAISED AND THE BALANCE IS ZERO THEN MY ACCOUNT IS CORRECT. SO IF THE DEBIT ORDER IS PAID ON 15/9/2016 AGAIN THEN THE BALANCE WILL BE –R299 AGAIN!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>THAT MEANS YOU OWE ME MONEY!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have send numerous mails to correct this but with no avail!!! Now they quoted me R627 cancellation fee. Subtract the R299 from this amount and my outstanding cancellation fee will be R328. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would appreciate this if this can be solved TODAY but as with their POOR and TERRIBLE service a really doubt it!!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
