You cease to amaze me again with ANOTHER INFLATED BILL!!

I have been in a 'tennis match' worth of emails with PF since last year May. I was trying to cancel my contract, then Covid hit. Despite my many attempts to get in touch with customer service I was blatantly ignored until they supposedly attended to their emails. The email they responded to simply stated 'shocking service.'

Since then I have been TRYING to sort out my account - I was 'supposedly' in 2 months arrears and once my contract ended DURING lockdown they gym continued to keep me as a 'paying' member WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. In addition, I was not being debited.

HOWEVER, given that PF kept me on their books as a client I accummulated debt - without my knowledge!

Then... The debt collector starts calling! i then tried to reason with her and sort out the amount but then I was offered a discount by PF to only pay 50%.

I was then retrenched and I informed them of this.

THE GYM STILL kept me on their books as a month to month client WITHOUT my knowledge. Again, accumulating debt.

I went to see ther Sales Manager - who clearly has an aversion to his email inbox as I have yet to receive contact from him. He 'claimed' I was on month-to-month despite me not being notified or debited. I instructed to be REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. I then forwarded all collateral to him. No response - surprise, surprise...

Since then I have now accummulated an ADDITIONAL R2k in debt! I am not sitting with a bill for over R6k which I am expected to settle via the debt collectors.

NO ONE in customer service answers the phone/understands how to respond via email.

I have no idea where I stand except for in a pile of debt due to PF's inefficient and poor processes!

HOPEFULLY someone will read this and contact me to resolve this. I won't hold my breath.

I do not know what other lengths I need to go to in order to be taken seriously.

Funny... You will gladly allow me to incur debt, stay on your books and NOT train whilst the debt is there but you refuse to contact me a 'member' to assist them.
