wow such arrogance

<p>I was debited twice in August and i reversed one amount and later found out it was a Levy which i was not aware of. Never the less i had signed for it so i had to pay for it. The dissatisfaction is how the matter was handled. i wasnt warned that my the levy would be debited and after that my membership was suspended without advise and after I made payment and sent my proof of payment I had to send a few emails for Perpetua to respond. I must say she must have worked for home affairs judging by her service standards. She doesnt have any.</p>
