Wouldn't recommend

I've joined planet fitness through Sanlam last year September, the marketing behind joining Sanlam and getting the gym at an 80% was supposed to be to save you money. This really does not save you money. You might as well go get a membership at another gym and save yourself the money and trouble of dealing with planet fitness. I am supposed to be saving 80% off my gym fee, I do not get billed as such and I go at least 15-20 days in one month. To make things worse their customer service I emailed does not see to your query, does not respond to your emails/calls. Just pathetic I wish I never stepped foot in there or took out a membership because really I've been to cheaper gyms who treat people better
