Worst Service & Gym to ever Join!!!

Worst Experience Ever! Planet Finess they are very rouge and *****! For such a Gym company and with all the follow up emails and calls, nothing has been done regarding the below.

Can you please invetigate the following, I have sent follow up emails, endless calls to Planet Fitness customer support and no response or feedback.

Before we can continue with any of these, When i initially joined the Gym i was advise by the sales consultant that i would be joining with my (Discovery Vitality Programme) which is not equivalent to the full monthly gym membership fee, Ever since i have been charged the full amount even when i am on vitality which they never rectified and i have sent emails, calls but no one bothers to assist with this matter. I would like to get in contact with someone that can assist me regarding this and payment can be made. Lastly i would cancel this membership with immediate effect as the staff clearly do not care about their customers but to just make the sale. If this can be resolved then we can move forward.
