Worst service from a gym

<p>I joined the gym in july 2015. I still haven't received my tag to actually go to the gym and they made me pay for it twice, beacuse of people not communicating and not knowing whats going on. Ever Since then no one has called me and tell me to come in. I've sent emails back and forth in the past and got no reaction. And if I got a response it was excuses, excuses!!!!!!!!! I know I did sign the contract and there rules, but this is ridiculous and now I have to pay R2500 to cancel it. That's not gonna happen. I will make sure people know how terrible your service is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
