Worst Service & Experience I have ever encountered in my life

<p>Last year my wife decided to join gym and after hearing about a special planet fitness was running she decided to join with them. We went to our nearest branch in Hennopspark Centurion and met with a sales consultant named Tamia. On our arrival she explained that the price advertised was a family special and both of us could join for the price of R199 for 5 months thereafter R349 for the reminder of the contract so been affordable she convinced me to join as well as my wife will only pay one price for the both of us.......after confirming with Tamia about 10 times if she is sure that the price is correct and we will only pay one price for both of us, which she indicated “YES”!!! What was strange is that she then split us up into different rooms to complete the contract forms but at that stage we did not think anything of it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Neither the less we started attending gym, as the months went on my wife noticed that she has been debited twice from planet fitness which we did not understand. So went into the branch to query what is the problem from Tamia. The receptionist indicated that Tamia is no longer with the gym, so we explained the matter to them and they indicated there are many problem with this woman’s contracts. The new Sales Manager “Warren” indicated there is nothing he can do we must contact head office.</p> <p> </p> <p>We contacted head office and all they could say we must pay a termination fee to cancel so I explained how can we be liable to pay a fee when we were **** to and conned by planet fitness into signing this contract. They then wanted hard evidence which we cannot provide as they have fired Tamia for her ********** activities. We have no joy in resolving this matter and all I CAN SAY IS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PLANET FITNESS THEY LIE AND ROB YOU JUST TO MAKE COMMISSION ON JOINING PEOPLE.</p> <p> </p>
