Worst service ever received from a gym

I have been a member of the Witbank branch since January 2014. It took a significant amount of effort to receive contact details for their head office - to send them the complaints the branch has consistently ignored.<br> Two and a half years ago my husband purchased a lifelong membership with your institution at a ridiculous amount, which they merely informed him this year has come to an end.
