Worst service ever

I've cancelled the gym membership for myself and my two children last year. Landau attorneys and Planet fitness customer service contacted me . Gym membership has not been cancelled as per request. I was I instructed to pay a certain amount which I did but every month I will either get a phone call or email from landau attorneys with letter of demands and this after cancellation of membership has been confirmed on several occasions. Just gym Randfontein and Landau attorneys has been a nightmare in my life. Planet fitness please sort out your nonsense. I cancelled due to covid and financial strain. I planned to renew membership but it is obvious that you do not value clients. So I am done.
