Worst service ever by Planet Fitness Megaclub Fourways

Planet fitness fourways is in business to de***** its customers. I joined planet fitness due to close proximity to home; worst decision ever made. The service is horrible up to the sales manager and call centres. After joining vitality, they continue to debit my account as a non-vitality member. I've done everything possible to ensure they resolve the issue however, no one is willing to address the problem. The sales consultant makes promises which never materialise. This is true belligerent and dishonest behaviour on their part. The rating of one is only because there's no option for 0 rating. I will rather go back to the previous gym I was at.
