Worst service ever at Planet Fitness Springs!!

I have joined Planet Fitness Springs last year 2020. First they promised me the first 2 months free but the debit order was deducted from my bank. Then I tried to sort it out but the Manager couldn't even assist me. Then they rold me I had to rejoin and signed another contract. Gave me a blag tag and I requested my Multiply vdnefit to come into effect. Just to find out that the blag tag is not activated and my Multiply not effected. I have to sign a third contract now as they have lost the paperwork. How pathetic!! 7 months down the line and nothing has been sorted!!!
