Worst service ever

Horrible exremely horrible service , the absolute worst service received.

After 16 emails ...I have not been assisted. I have been requested assistance from 07/11/2024 and was just sent from one person to another.

I am very well within my legal right to cancel as my cancellation has been put through within the window period as prescribed.

You could not keep your promise from the word go. You just had to start off with an unauthorized debit order on date that was not even agreed on.

Not to mentioned the promises FREE SHORT TERM gym membership. I would not trust PLANET FITNESS AT ALL AND DEFINITLY WOULD ADVICE ANYONE AGAINST JOINING.

Very nice gymn equipment but its SERVICE that counts.

Have to acknowledge once again, I wouldn't recommend Planet Fitness to anyone.
