worst service ever

free trial ****:

my family went to planet fitness Parklands for the free trial, which we app**** on the website. it didn't said on the website that old members doesn't require for the free trail.

we were members more then 10 years ago then we join Virgin Active. My son's friends are the members here he wants to see first and maybe will join to train with them.

Oyama was the sales person who was half forcing my son to join now and wanting my banking details, after I told him we don't know if we want to join yet without a free trial, he still says no you guys can not come in, and still continue with the membership fees and the tag that we need to pay now.

Nolan Leslie the manager comes in so rude and with a nasty attitude !!! telling my son to sout up, stop talking , just get out of here. he told my son he is not welcome and can not come back again.

my son's friend is the black membership and he can bring a person to train, so when my son's friend arrived and sign my son in , the reception let them in, but when Nolan Leslie saw him, he chase him out saying he is not allow to come in.

what kind of service is this？？？ the reason why we move to Virgin Active is so obvious, this kind of manager and sales stuff is a joke.

Virgin Active's stuff is so friendly and always welcoming, they give the best service, no wonder Planet fitness has a bad review on all the social media and loosing badly.

If you can't hire the right people, please train them properly, they need to know the basic manners.
