WORST SERVICE EVER

I would give this company a -100 if i could.

I am moving out of reach more than 40km away from any planet fitness gym due to a work transfer.

I politely called and asked if they could please waive the cancellation fee of R1000 because its ridiculous to pay for something im not going to use.

As such i told the manager at the call centre i dont have the money to pay that fee and that i am being transferred for work so this is not at all a choice to move from my side upon which he told me rules and regulations state this and that.

But the consultant at Planet Fitness Springs Mall did not advise me of all these regulations i also never recieved a copy of my contract.

Nevertheless they told me i will still have to pay about 8 months worth of fees because they cant cancel my membership just because im out of reach of one of their centres.

This is all and all ridiculous and 100% the worst service ever with ridiculous monthly fees and increases without notifying the customer upon joining they also tell you that you will have a week of free training which is also bull**** because i paid my full premium the first month.

I read a policy from Planet Fitness stating that if you are more than a 40km radius from a centre they can wave your cancellation fees.I guess that would be a lie.

Would not reccomend this company to anyone!
