Worst Service Ever

I'm experiencing the worst customer service from Planet Fitness, Jubilee mall branch. We paid an outstanding amount that was allegedly owed around November, and I then sent an email to terminate the contract and I was told I will receive a call in the next 72 hours. Two weeks later I made a follow up with another email because there was no call from them, even went there personally only to be told head office staff are on holiday. Now more than a month later I'm told there's a 60 days notice. Contract ended in October, how do you extend someone 's contract without their consent? Please help, my phone number is ********** 095 I found their conduct very unprofessional.
