Worst service ever

By far the worst company ever, in 2022 I contacted planet fitness and asked them to pause my membership as I had a risky pregnancy and would not be able to train due to my condition. I was immediately told it was not possible and which did not sit well with me so I asked them to cancell my membership. Called a few days ago to rejoin and was told I owe a large amount claiming they have no record of me calling regarding the pause or the cancellation. Planet fitness is a *******
