Worst Service ever!!!

Not only was my account incorrectly debited ! But i had to call the call center first call took 45 mins to get through and during the conversation the agent just dropped the call, the the second call took an hour and twenty minutes to get through and was told to contact my branch , but then was told by the branch that they can't do anything and i have to contact the call center !!!! this is beyond ridiculous !!!!
