worst service ever

<p>so i never had any bad services with planet fitness before. but here it goes last year sometime me and my boyfriend decided to get ourself some gym contracts. we gymed a month and got a little lasy you guys know how it is. my boyfriend became unemployed for about two months and my salary alone was way to small to cover everything. obviously i was expecting the call from planet fitness making me "aware" of my arrears. after making an arrangement with one of the call centre agents to pay my arrears by the end of feb 2017 and gotten offered that 50% discount thing for me and my boyfriend. before the end of feb some debt collector gave me a call and said i just have till the 25th of feb to pay my arears, fair enough, i went to planet fitness the 25th of april paid my arears as well as my boyfriends arears. the following week the debt collectors called me again this time telling me i did not pay so i have to pay the full amount, after sending them proof of payment i was told i had to pay it into their personal accoun t and not at planet fitness self which i was never told. after that i never heard anything again. the following month i got an email saying they sent a persual on me. to my surprise i did not understand and went to planet fitness self to go speak to a manager. the manager said he will contact me the following day, never heard of him again. so i went and called the head office explained to them what happened and also got the same answer "we will call you with proper feedback" never heard anything from them again. i requested to cancel this contract because they dragged my name and my boyfriends name through the mud financially that i can not even open up a clothing account... fantastic and here i was thinking that planet fitness sorted out everything what a big ****ing joke, and the funniest part is that i must pay 3000 something rand to cancel. ooohw and by the way i was never informed that the planet fitness iam with will be closing for renovations for more than 6 months!!! never was i informed of this! so thank you hopefully i can get some feedback now and my name can be CLEARED because i have proof of paying all of my arears as well as every months gym fee since then</p> <p> </p> <p>sincerely a very ****ed of regretful client of planet fitness</p>
