Worst service ever

Worse experience ever!! The sales person who assisted me did not add my sanlam reality benefit. They then asked that i pay the full amount after 1 month which i did and said that my benefot will kick in the following month. The following month i am being asked again for the full amount saying that i am in arrears. Now i get email saying that my conreact is cancelled and need to pay the cancelation fee!!! I asked for this to be resolved!!!
