WORST SERVICE!!!

I called in yesterday and requested for a cancellation. They lady told me I need to pay R1000 for a cancellation fee. When I rejoined planet fitness they first wanted me to pay a rejoining fee which i refused. A lady helped me a few months later and I didn’t have to pay. They gave me my old membership back and I was happy. They did not explain to me at all that about a new member ship and a new cancellation fee. I refuse to pay this cancellation fee. I’ve been a member for over 6 years with planet fitness and only ever recommend them. I take that all back and would never recommend or rejoin them again!!! Now they went and debit me today! Ridiculous
