worst service

Worst Service imaginable. I've been with Planet fitness for 1,5 years now, and for the past couple of months they've been deducting random smallish amounts monthly on top of my normal monthly fees. I have received an sms from them on the 2nd of august saying i have an amount outstanding (i reversed one of the random debit orders for 170 rand that was deducted on top of my fees). I've put in request that week for them to investigate. They only got back to me 2 weeks later, telling me its some random maintenance fee that needs to be paid mid year. No warning or invoice or email was sent to me prior disclosing this information regarding this fee. Prior to this last month i had another random amount of 120 going off and the month before the same thing. Will definitely be terminating my contact once it expires. Contacting a client 2 weeks later is not ok either. What do their agents do all day. Unless there are that any people who are unhappy with PF that it takes them 2 weeks to reply to one simple query. Worst gym ever.
