Worst Planet Fitness at Wanderers

Joined the Planet Fitness at Wanderers office park last year. They had a special for a 12 month contract. Martin came to me and had me just sign the contract as he will fill in the rest. So not even a week later I got moved for work and my hours of work had gone up a lot. I kept paying my debit order as I only signed up for 12months rite? Well NO. Apparently I got signed up for 24 months without knowing it. I havent been able to set foot into the gym due to work. I mailed customer care and phoned to speak to Martin who is never available. Planet Fitness is the absolute works. They dont care about getting back to customers nor do they bother to assist you in any way. Stay far away from this gym and this guy as he and the gym sell specials as a lie
